How much does it cost to rent chairs in Hamilton?
Chairs are $5 each for 1 day, then $2 for each extra day (minimum 6). Tables are $20, or a Party Set (a table and 8 chairs) is $50. Pickup is free; delivery depends on distance.

It's free and contactless, at our spot in Stoney Creek. At checkout you choose a morning (8am to 12pm), afternoon (12 to 4pm) or evening (4 to 7pm) window, and we set your order out just before. Bring it back to the same spot by 10am on your return day. The exact address is in your confirmation email.
Do you deliver?
Yes, up to 40 km from Hamilton, including Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Burlington, Grimsby and Lincoln. The price depends on distance and covers drop-off and collection at your door, driveway or garage. We don't carry inside, go up stairs or set up, but everything folds open in seconds.
How many chairs and tables do I need?
One chair per guest who’ll sit, plus a couple spare. One 6 ft table seats 6 to 8, and a Party Set covers a table of 8.
Will it fit in my car?
Roughly 14 folding chairs, or a table and 10 chairs, fit in a sedan with the back seats down, and about 30 in an SUV. Your cart checks your whole order against your car and warns you if it might be tight.
What if it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, let us know by 8pm the night before your pickup or drop-off and we'll move your rental to another date within 3 months, free. New dates depend on availability. After 8pm, our normal cancellation terms apply.
Is there a deposit, and can I cancel?
There's no deposit: you pay in full at checkout. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your rental. After that, or if no one shows up, we keep 25% of the rental.
What if something breaks or goes missing?
Normal wear is fine. If something comes back damaged or missing pieces, we may charge to repair or replace it, and we'll always email you photos and the amount first. Details are in the rental terms.
